Product Description

Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Services:

The management company shall assume full responsibility for the daily operations and management of the Business during the contracted period.
The owner shall have no involvement in the day-to-day operations, decision-making in the daily operations or micro management, or any other aspect of the business management unless it is necessary or required or not affecting the daily operation.

Access and Authorization:

The management company shall have full access to the premises, equipment, and resources of the business necessary for efficient and smooth
The management company shall have full authorization to make all operational and administrative decisions, including but not limited to menu changes, pricing adjustments, and marketing strategies.
The management company shall have full authorization to make minor changes to the business physical property, such as decor, signage, and layout, as deemed necessary for improved operations.

Staff Management:

The management company shall have full authorization to hire, train, schedule, and terminate restaurant staff if necessary, ensuring a competent and reliable workforce.
The management company shall be responsible for all aspects of staff management, including payroll, benefits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Results and Progress:

The management company shall work diligently to achieve positive results and progress for the restaurant’s business during the minimum 3-month contract period.
Results and progress shall be measured based on agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability on completion of 3-months.

Financial Oversight:

The management company shall have full access to all financial accounts related to the restaurant, including bank accounts, point of sale (POS) systems, and inventory tracking systems.
The management company shall implement proper financial controls, bookkeeping practices, and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.

Confidentiality:

Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the contract period.
The management company shall not disclose any trade secrets, recipes, customer data, or other confidential information to third parties without the owner’s consent.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 30 days in advance, citing valid reasons for termination.
In the event of termination, the management company shall provide a smooth transition of operations back to the owner or any new management entity.

Terms of Payment:

Management company shall be paid by the Business Owner upon signing the contract in advance for the Duration of Minimum Contract Period, unless agreed otherwise.
Any sort of agreed monthly management fees to the management company shall be paid in advance except if there is an agreement of Percentage from the total business sales or profits.
Paid amount of the Monthly management services is not refundable at any circumstances, business owner shall not claim any sort of refund for the monthly management fee. However, the profit share amount if applicable shall be negotiated or subject to the minimum revenue generate reach as per agreement.
