Our team creates captivating content for 35 posts per month, including eye-catching Photo Flyers limited to 7 Digital Designed Flyers per month, engaging photos limited to 25 Photos per month, and 3 Mobile Phone Created High Quality Videos per month for story or reel (desired content will recorded in single videography session), tailored specifically to resonate with your target audience. - Responding to Customer Inquiries:
We actively monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages, ensuring that your customers feel heard and valued. We make sure to communicate with your dedicated person about customer inquiries on regular basis and turn inquiring customers to become paying customers. - Strategic Content Posting:
We meticulously post your content with the right captions and hashtags to maximize reach, increase visibility, and generate meaningful interactions and spread your message in the right way to the right audience. We can step in and improvise your offers with your approval and generate the content and packages that catches more attention of audience and potentially bring sales. - Engaging Stories:

In starter package we offer complimentary 2 Session of Photography and 1 Session of Videography. So, you don’t have to pay additional for Photography and Videography of your products, property, venue etc. Our FREE photography session is single session 2 times per month and Videography Session is 1 times per month with maximum of 2 Hours in a row. You can book additional session if required with special discounted prices If required.
- Social Media Marketing:
If you have a marketing budget in mind on how much you are willing to spend on social media promotion, we can design and execute targeted social media marketing campaigns to amplify your brand’s reach and achieve your specific business objectives.

Product Description
Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of social media management services provided by De Luxe Business Management ® (“Service Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms:
- Service Scope:
- The Service Provider will manage and maintain the Client’s social media accounts as outlined in the agreed-upon service package.
- The Service Provider will create, schedule, and post content including Images, Flyers, and Promotional Materials, on the Client’s social media accounts.
- Content Creation and Approval:
- The service provider will create content within the limits of the package, any additional service shall be charged additionally.
- The Client will provide necessary information, including brand guidelines, logos, and relevant content, to the Service Provider for content creation, Service provider will not create branding related content in the package amount. Branding services shall be availed by additional charges.
- The Service Provider will create content for the Client’s approval. The Client shall review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Client shall provide clear and complete information for the content before creating digital content to avoid unmercenary revision. The Client has the right to request single revisions to the content before final approval.
- Customer Inquiries and Engagement:
- The Service Provider will actively monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on the Client’s social media accounts.
- The Service Provider will relay relevant information and engage with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- The Client shall promptly provide necessary information to the Service Provider to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Paid advertisements and Ads are not included in the monthly service charges. If the Client would like service provider to do social media marketing campaigns and paid boosting, the Client shall provide a marketing budget to the Service Provider in advance or shall provide the credit card with limit of the budget to do online social media boosting and paid ads.
- The Service Provider will design and execute targeted marketing campaigns in alignment with the agreed-upon budget and objectives.
- The Client acknowledges that the success of marketing campaigns may vary and that results cannot be guaranteed. The results of the Paid advertisement are truly based on the activeness of the offering and also the type of offering and what makes the offering different then the similar offers by competitors in the market.
- Confidentiality:
- The Service Provider agrees to keep all confidential information of the Client, including login credentials and business strategies, strictly confidential.
- The Client agrees to provide necessary access to social media accounts while ensuring the confidentiality and security of account credentials.
- Payment:
- The Client shall make payments to the Service Provider in advance each month of service agreement.
- In case of late or non-payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made, and this temporary termination of service shall not be considered the reason of termination of contract by the client.
- If client failed to make payments and would like to cancel the contract without notice, the credentials, passwords, and access to the accounts will be on hold by service provider until the due payments and notice period amount is paid by client.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate the Agreement with a written notice of 30 Days minimum, specifying the effective date of termination.
- In case of termination, the Service Provider will provide the Client with any outstanding deliverables and relevant account information after the due amounts are cleared.
- Paid amount for upto 30 days will be not refundable in case of contract termination due to any reason.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the Client resulting from the use or misuse of social media platforms.
- The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from changes in social media platform policies or algorithms.
- The Service Provider highly recommend of access to social media platforms only by service provider and not by clients to avoid conflicts.
- Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is located.
