Product Description

Terms and Conditions:

Pricing: Our photography sessions are charged per hour, sometimes rates varying based on the type of session. Additional charges of $40 per hour apply for studio photography.

Booking and Payment: To secure your booking, payment must be made in advance. Failure to make the payment will result in an unconfirmed booking. Please note that all payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Rescheduling and Rebooking: In some cases, we may allow for rescheduling or rebooking of sessions. However, depending on the circumstances, if the booking was canceled by client or client was no-show on the venue of photoshoot A full or Half amount may be required to re-book or re-scheduled the canceled photoshoot. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Deliverables: Clients will receive the edited, high-quality digital files of their photos through a secure download link. The delivery of the final product is typically completed within 14 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the editing or scope of work. We advise clients to not rush for the deliveries of the product to ensure a good quality edits and final product. However, dedicated express delivery is provided with additional cost that has to be communicated and paid in advance so our Editor can priorities the editing process and deliver your photos in less time.

Additional Services: If clients prefer to receive their digital files on a USB drive, client must provide the drive on the day of the photoshoot and collect it from our photographer’s provided location after the photos are ready.

Copyright and Usage: All the images are copyright by the photographer. Clients are granted personal usage rights to print, share, and display the images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial usage requires prior written consent from our company. Please note, photographer has full rights to use the final product for portfolio showcase purpose or social media ads etc. For extreme private photoshoot, client shall inform the photographer in advance. In some cases client has to pay additional cost to get 100% copyrights.
