Terms and Conditions:
Pricing and Payment: Our services are charged per hour, with a basic hourly rate. Payment is required in advance to confirm a booking. Non-payment may result in the booking not being guaranteed. Payments for bookings are non-refundable if canceled, but rescheduling may be possible with additional fees.
Delivery of Final Product: The final edited videos will be provided as digital files. A link will be provided for clients to download their videos. Delivery of the final product is typically within 14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of editing and scope of work.
Additional Services: If clients prefer to receive the digital copy on a USB drive, they must provide the drive on the day of the video shoot and collect it from our designated location.
Scope of Work: Our videography services cover a range of projects, including product videography, private events, individual projects, modeling videos, and family moments. We strive to meet the specific requirements and desires of our clients to create personalized and memorable videos.
Copyright and Usage: All rights, including copyright, of the final edited videos remain the property of our videography services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and limited license to use the videos for personal purposes only. The videos cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Videography service provider reserves the right to use Final Product for portfolio showcase purposes.
Liability: We take utmost care in providing high-quality videography services. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature that may affect the outcome of the videos.
