By signing up/purchasing our shared web hosting service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Account Setup:
Once you have completed the registration process and your payment has been confirmed, we will set up your hosting account. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the setup process.

Payment and Billing:
Payment for our shared web hosting service is due upfront and in full. We offer annual hosting packages and payment can be made via the available payment methods on our website. Failure to make timely payments for renewal may result in suspension or termination of your hosting account.

Usage Restrictions:
You agree not to use our shared web hosting service for any illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes. This includes but is not limited to transmitting, storing, or distributing any material that infringes upon intellectual property rights, contains malware or viruses, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Resource Usage:
Our shared hosting plans are designed to provide reliable hosting for small to medium-sized websites. Excessive resource usage, such as excessive CPU or memory usage, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your hosting account.

Data Backup:
While we take regular backups of our servers, it is your responsibility to maintain and backup your own data. We recommend taking regular backups of your website and its data to ensure you have a recent copy in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

In case client would want to terminate the hosting package after the account suspension on completion of 1 year, no action from client is required. However, if client would like to access data or create a backup, client shall renew the service and take data backup. Without renewal, client will not be able to access the data or take backups.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website so stay tuned with our updates. We are not obliged to update clients individually.
